For my wedding i need to decorate the hand rail of the staircase with some tulle and flowers. i cannot find a web-site that gives me some good ideas to do this. Can anyone help me?

Try wrapping the banister with a garland of flowers. Put a big bouquet on the end pole.
You could “swoop” tthe tulle and use flowers to attach it to the railing. Leave it draping and full. Ribbon would also add a flourish.
